I'd always thought hiring someone to bring in furniture and decorate a property would be a good idea but I never knew just how powerful the result would be. Not only were yourself and Lauren great to deal with, everything was so effortless on my part. I was blown away on both occasions with just how good you could make these properties look. One was an old 70's style villa and the other was a 3 year old home. The results were simply amazing.
The first property was failing to attract any interest for the past few months, it was getting zero inspections. The end result far outweighed the cost. 19 people through the first open house and three offers. Sold in one day! The owners were ecstatic.
The second property was getting a looker but zero offers. Again a sensational result, 4 offers, two competing buyers racing to purchase the home. Sold in 3 weeks.
In both cases the owners did better than expected with their sales prices making your service virtually free.

Due to your efforts we were able to instantly increase the asking price. Not only that, the property then sold significantly above the asking price and I think this was at least in part due to it's superb presentation.
