We structure our pricing around the individual requirements of each property. Generally for a month's hire including delivery, installation and pick up, the hire costs for a fully displayed home would equal about 0.2 - 0.5% of the selling price of the home.

After the initial month, hire is on a weekly basis. Should the home sell in the first 14 days, there would be an adjustment to the 1 - 14 day hire price.

Payment is due on delivery of furniture.
